Last night we waited 2 hours for a local delivery . The delivery person made no apology .The food was barely warm and the chicken pakora was very chewy with gristle. We ordered one poppadom ....please note we moved here from Leicester where it is customary to include complimentary extra poppadoms and often some dips. Very disappointing.

Food was an hour late, staff were not very helpful on the phone as to where the food was. When food arrived it was all cold. Will not be ordering from here again

We ordered last night, but the keema and keema with garlic & chilli rice but the colours have disappeared and it’s not tasty as ordered in the past !! But the curries were fantastic

  Reply : I’m not quite sure what was said but I’m assuming it’s about the keema nan and I can surely say sir that the keema was freshly prepared and the sumac that gives it the red colour wasn’t mixed in properly has it was extremely busy I can say there should have been any difference in the taste you probably didn’t get as much sumac as you would have thank you .

Very disappointed altogether, service was 45 mins late, the curry was just water, so much water it was like having soup, lack in taste in currys I.e spices, poppadoms taste stale Not happy at all.

Last time you missed off MUshroom PIlau rice. Fortunately our friends had got a quick cook rice at hand. We had our order delivered to The Vicarage in Clive where we were having a get together. It’s not the first time a dish has been missed off our order. Info@nailituk.com
